While we were enjoying our dosa and chutney breakfast, I casually asked Lakshmi, our cook how she made the chutney. It was delicious. Prasad whispered that I should videotape her while she's cooking. I asked, why, do you think I'm going to watch and learn? He laughed and said no, don't you think I know you well enough by now, we'll get someone else to watch and learn.
