Bomb Blasts

Today, Mumbai was attacked and over 100 people died in bomb blasts. 24 hours after the event, 2 five star hotels are still under siege by the terrorists and there are hostages in the building. This is very scary stuff. Since we moved to India, this is the 5th bomb blast in the country and definitely the worst. In July, there were multiple small blasts in one afternoon in Bangalore, I thought it was a one-off thing and was not too worried even though one of the blasts was only a few km from where we were staying. The security in Bangalore has increased due to the blasts, in every mall, they have metal detectors at the entrances and our bags/purses are checked. Even when we enter the parking lots, our car trunks are searched. Later in the summer, there were blasts in Jaipur, Delhi and Guwati. This along with the bad economy doesn't bode well ...
