There are many empty plots in our neighborhood. Every day, a cow herder brings in a couple of cows to graze on these empty plots. Serves multiple purposes, cows are fed and the grass doesn't grow out of control. Ofcourse, given the number of empty plots, we would need more than a couple of cows to be grazing, but nevertheless, great idea nah?

Free lawn mowing
